Fullfilment Policy

For Products and Services:

Once your order for products or services have been placed your will receive delivery of that product via electronic transmission (email, download link, etc.) within 10 - 13 calendar days of your order.  Fulfillment times may vary slightly.  This applies to all orders with the exception of Single Game Breakdowns. The data collected for Single Game Breakdowns shall be added to the VO National Leaderboard and VO National Ranking of which you will be required to have Membership to view.  For a free trial membership click here.

Once your order for Membership has been placed your will receive delivery of that product via email confirmation 24 – 48 hours (to allow for your information to be fully entered correctly) of your order.  Fulfillment times may vary slightly.
